1. How the Affiliate Program
works:
The Affiliate program creates partners who wish to
link to the phuket-orchidacea.com website. Once the Affiliate Agreement
is accepted, an identification number will be given to the partner as well as
a password to access and download information from phuket-orchidacea.com
The partner will then download banners/tech links for phuket-orchidacea.com
and post them on their website. Any time a customer clicks on any link
to phuket-orchidacea.com from the partner's website, a record is created for
that customer showing him to be a "referred customer". Any time this referred
customer comes on to phuket-orchidacea.com and makes a booking, we pay the respective
partner a 5% commission fee of the total booking. Commission is not paid
for any cancellation and is not accumulated until after the referred customer
has checked out of his/her room.
2. How we track referred
customers:
Our affiliate/partner program software uses cookies
to track all referred customers.
Cookies track referred customers in the following
manner:
1. A visitor goes to your site and sees our phuket-orchidacea.com
banner/tech link.
2. They click on the banner/tech link and are linked
to the phuket-orchidacea.com site.
3. A "cookie" (a small text file) will be attached
to the customer's browser. This cookie will contain information about the customer,
including an identification number belonging to the linked phuket-orchidacea.com
affiliate.
Our software tracks the referred customer (using
your affiliate personal identification number and cookies) for 1 full year from
the date of issuance.
3. How the Affiliate Program makes money
for you:
Once you become an affiliate with phuket-orchidacea.com,
we will pay you a 5% commission of the net total
for each transaction we receive from each of your referred customers.
For example, if a referred customer books a room for $100 for 4 nights, we will
pay you $20 ($100x4nx5%=$20). If that same customer books another room
at a later date, we will once again pay you 5% of the net total for that transaction
(for example, this time the customer stays 7 nights in a $90 hotel: $90x7nx5%=$31.50).
Again, our software tracks a referred customer for a full year. For any transactions
he/she makes on our website during that time, you will receive a 5% commission.
